Join us for an enchanting evening filled with entertainment. There's something for all the family with face painting, a children's disco with a best dressed competition, a fun fair, bouncy castles and some tasty delights from local food vendors.

Tickets
Please bring your tickets with you on the night - you will be asked to present them on arrival. This is strictly a ticketed event. No tickets can be purchased on the evening.
Outdoor Event
The event takes place outside, so please make sure you are dressed appropriately as we do not have the capacity for all guests to be inside the Club. We advise bringing raincoats and umbrellas just in case the British weather lets us down!
Vehicle Sharing/ Parking
Please where possible to do so share your transportation to limit the number of vehicles on site. Once on site please follow the directions from the Site Safety Marshals. 4x4’s will be directed to our car park on the driving range on arrival.
Contactless Payment
All food and beverage purchases will be contactless payment only.
Food and Drink
Only food and drink purchased on site will be allowed. There will be a variety of local food vendors, we will also have the indoor bar available and outdoor bar providing refreshments. Please remember this is a cashless event so please bring your cards.
Sparklers/Fireworks
In the interest of safety, external use of either sparklers or fireworks is not permitted and anyone found using them will be kindly asked to leave.

Supporting Sported
This year £1.50 for every family ticket and 50p for every adult ticket sold will be donated to our Captain's Charity, Sported. Sported is a UK wide charity that promotes fairness and equality for young people through grassroots sport and physical activity.
